All products are always dispatched on the same or next working day. For Portugal, orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days.
All shipments are sent via CTT Expresso (Correios de Portugal) and include tracking.
For Europe, delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 working days. For destinations outside Europe, delivery takes an estimated 5 working days.
These are indicative delivery times for the main destinations and do not include any potential customs clearance time.
As soon as the order is placed, a confirmation email is sent.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or failure to respond to the carrier.
All customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information provided after shipment. We strongly recommend providing a valid phone number at checkout to ensure the carrier can contact you if necessary.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel may be re-attempted, held at a local facility, or automatically returned to the sender by the carrier.
In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, refusal, or failure to collect, refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected by us.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs and any additional fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable
- Re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for delays, return timeframes, or handling processes carried out by the shipping carrier.
If a parcel is not returned to us, a refund cannot be issued until the carrier investigation has been completed and the case is resolved.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
